No pain no gain!
i’ve been eating healthy for about a month or two now, like trying really hard to not eat anything greasy or of no nutritional value. It’s been going good, and now i really can’t find fast food enjoyable. I’m trying to convince a lot of friends to eat healthier but i wouldn’t listen to me neither lol. Anywho, i’ve been working out every other day, focusing on muscle groups. workouts included weights and some calisthenics, but i never really got the extra protein i needed before/after. next week starting monday i’m going to try and start a new workout plan including eating over 200grams of protein and high amount of carbs as well, and only calisthenics. let’s see how this goes!
